Buyers
I love working with Buyers of all experience levels. Having grown up around construction, I take every opportunity to teach my buyer clients about all the different elements of a property. When we get to the home inspection my goal is for you to already be familiar with the way the various systems work.
Sellers
For most Sellers, it’s not every day they sell a property. I believe my greatest value on the sell-side is my ability to accurately price. My approach to valuation is analytical, drawing from a decade of appraisal review and training.
